Yes, I think Tracey is quite right - get on with the liver flushing straight away. You can save the parasite cleanse for later. I've done many liver flushes but haven't yet got round to doing the parasite flush (this is because I'm taking herbs prescribed by a traditional chinese medical practitioner to dissolve Gallstones and I don't want to put too many different things through my system at the same time). I still get gallbladder pain from time to time, but I'm feeling much much better than when I started liver flushing about 5 months ago.
Don't worry about the effect of taking the oil. I've found that I don't get pain during the Liver Flush even if I've had it before or after.
