I have a couple questions.

I just did the 6 days preparation for the LF by Andreas Mortiz. Unfortunetly, I could not complete it. I got as far as the 6th day and having the light lunch steamed vegies and rice at 1:30 pm as directed and nothing else after 1:30 pm except water. At 6 pm I was about to drink the first ES and I felt shaky, I checked my blood sugar (I’m pre diabetic) and it was too low to continue.

The lunch, for someone that has blood sugar issues, is just a shot of carbs – which jacks up the glucose and for me, by 6pm I was bottoming out. So I had to abort the LF.

I couldn’t risk another 15 hours of fasting with low blood sugar and his method says DO NOT have anything after 1:30 pm or you could have trouble passin the stones! Continuing could put me at risk of either passing out or HAVING to eat/drink something in order to not pass out and instead being vulnerable to difficulty passing stones according to Mortiz’s book.

So when I found you receipe, I was encouraged that maybe I could do a LF without the potential dangers associated with low blood sugar. My question for you is, in Andres Mirtiz’s book he emphasizes the week of apple juice or Malic acid to help soften the stones. Your LF doesn’t suggest any prep. Most people on the CureZone forum seem to have done one or many LF’s before-- so if someone is a first timer --is it a good idea to do the malic acid for a week as a prep for your LF?

Also, you say…

“11. you may feel the urge to sleep almost immediately after that, so you may want to drink this potion right before bedtime, instead of in the morning. most importantly, be sure that you have not eaten or drank anything in the last 3 hours.”

Does this mean DO NOT drink even water for the 3 hours prior to drinking this concoction?
