I made the mistake of taking
a tetanus vaccine in the
Spring and so I am keeping
focused on healing my body
of whatever in that shot
caused a reaction in me.

OTHERWISE, I am well and
looking forward to fall after
a really hot summer.

Its always great to see you
back again to brush up the
digestion. I hope you are
having success.

I am contemplating another
long fast. I would like to
focus on a project and find
that fasting helps me
mentally do that. I want to
wait until the hurricane
season here is over since I
felt too stressed fasting and
dealing with a major storm in
the past and would like to
avoid that.
