Hi Nat, It is what it is. Why are you being so hard on yourself? It is simply, and gently, another experience.
Don't judge. Allow your feelings to come and go and do not attach to them. Sounds like something external might be a factor that is irritating you?

In a 21 day non-MC--I froze as well. I learned that my thyroid was off so the doc adjusted the med's. I also learned another fasting time that my thyroid was low and I began adding two drops of Iodoral (Amazon)-- Iodine to support the thyroid and that took the chills away immediatley.

Drink more water if you are hungry. Yesterday, and I am building up the week before the MC fast, that you may substitute lemon juice for orange or grapefruit juices. But it also says to drink more water.

I have only had attachments to foods for the first five days, and then I no longer want to eat.

So pick out ONE good feeling that you ARE having and savour that divine experience. Also, try meditating on what you see as "problems"--you might be surprized that they really aren't problems at all. I bet in a few more days these concerns won't even be there for you.
