Help with ipsab tooth powder? Gums now swollen, inflammed and bleeding.

Hi, I started using ipsab tooth powder in order to counter at least some of my dental problems: swollen gums, receding teeth, etc. However, to my horror, my gums now bleed whenever I brush my teeth and I've no idea why. They've also started hurting a lot more and seem rather swollen and inflamed.

Is this one of the "side effects" while my gums start healing themselves?
