Just finished OPing: gods, eww... the taste of the oil is super disgusting. And darn, do my teeth really hurt while trying this.

But at the same time, it's kinda interesting... towards the end, I could feel all the bacteria coming up. :) I don't think I did the full 20 minutes 'cos my jaws started hurting... lol. Or maybe I did, I wasn't watching the time. Btw, how many weeks before I see any results?
