        Answer: I would 1st check and see if you have any Bad Teeth or tooth infections!

        Next I would start gargling with Peppermint Milk of mangesia every hour on the hour when you run into this problem!

        Plus I would make sure to have some Pure Peppermint Oil on hand to rub on neck around ear area before going to bed each nite!

        Also you need a mini-rebounder to use to help get your lymph fluid moving!
