Dr. Schulze Bowel detox

Have just started IF1 and had to increase to 2 capsules. It gives me diarrhea but not uncomfortable, so I guess I need to continue 5 days or 7 days before I can add IF2??

Also, one can just remain eating vegan diet while detoxing, adding deluted juices? I received a quick start guide from Schulze but it doesn't talk about diet.
