depends on what you mean by "tried". no one tries to be hydrated - they either are or they are not. its a 24/7 necessary condition. nobody tries to be iodinated - they become so by supplementing for 3 months to three years. healthy lifestyle changes must be permanent. it is what you do every day - what you breathe, eat, drink, put on your body, exposure to EMFs, relationships, activities(or none), etc - that create your health. people get brainwashed into thinking like the medical profession - take a course of antibiotics and you feel better and youre cured. that is a course set for certain disaster on every level.
