i will let the numbers speak for themself.24 year old male , not overweight.

BP august 2009 144/85 (slightly elevated)
BP october 2009 120/80 (normal)

for the magnesium i first diluted a chunk of the epsom salts in a small amount of water and then added a small amount of olive oil to enhance penetration into the skin.then i just rubbed it in , easy as that.
