Ways to clean arteries.

Why do you want to do it without supplements?

Here are ways that I've read about to clean out arteries:

1) Oxygen Therapy
You could do a search on ingesting Hydrogen Peroxide.
Oxygen Therapy supplements include Oxygen Elements, OxyLift, and Vital O.
Ozone is considered the best form of Oxygen Therapy.

2) Systemic Enzymes
Serrapeptase, Nattokinase, and other enzymes that break down fibrin taken on an empty stomach.

3) EDTA
Don't know much about it and I think you have to do research on the best products.

4) Food Based Option 1
To do it with food, I have something in my home which says you have to get a really powerful Blender (3 horsepower like the Blendtec) and blend up the pits of avocado because they are very rich in a certain type of fiber which is suppose to scrub arteries. I'm not home now but I will respond later if I find it. I don't know if it works though.

I believe you would have much more and quicker success with Oxygen Therapy or Serrapeptase (or Nattokinase).

Eating lots of vegetable oils (polyunsaturated oils go rancid easily) and hydrogenated oils are probably one of the causes.

I believe cholesterol, fibrin, along with fats are found where ever there is damage in the body to protect the damaged area. This does NOT mean that cholesterol or saturated fat is actually doing the damage (meaning to your arteries).
