I am curious though, what CAUSES hypothyroidism or adrenal fatigue? I mean if you are overall a normally functioning individual and have been since birth.. the actual thyroid gland or adrenal gland doesn't just go berserk and start producing massive/less hormones. there has to be some kind of an external factor that is affecting it, or internal malfunction.
