i sometimes get stomach cramps too when i eat (not heartburn though). sometimes it just feels like my belly hurts. tmg helps a lot - i take 1000mg with food, when i can eat. i use jarrow formulas from iherb. and, natch, bitters. i did the floradix for a while but it was much less effective than angostora bitters. shame because the floradix is kinda yummy (and i seem to remember that's what you're taking but i could be wrong...)
hv also says zinc (+ b50) for stomach acid. 50mg zine with main meal. i can't take b50 or synthetic b-vitamins so i'm taking modifilan. i got mine from: http://www.rejuvehealth.com/All-Products/Modifilan-Seaweed.html
- they're in queensland and they sell nascent (magnascent) iodine and ancient minerals magnesium oil too. the dude is super-helpful if you have questions and i've always gotten my order the very next day. gotta love that.
