Knee injury

Hi

I'm in a predicament with my knee injury and.

Here's what has happend:
About 6 weeks ago I injured my left knee, while runnig I jumped over a branch and landed on my left leg which bent to the inside. It didn't swell up immediately so I returned home without limping and almost any pain. The swelling started to appear on the next day and in two days time it was preety bad. I rested the leg as much as I could for the next two weeks and after this time the swelling was almost gone, but I was still experiencing pain in my knee. When I kneel down and try to sit on my heels I'm feeling pain in the back of my knee, which prevents me from putting my whole body weight on my heels. Also if I'm doing a full squat, at the end of the squat something clicks in my knee and when I'm standing up it clicks back. It's a bit painful and very off putting and makes my leg very unstable as the more weight I put on the leg the stronger it clicks( it is on the inner side of my knee), it feels like if something was out of alignment, I can even feel it when I touch my knee to this side. Another issue is that after walking about during the day I feel my knee swelling up a little bit and then it subsides over night.

I have got two courses of action available:

The first one is to go to an orthopedist and get a surgery, and use BF&C formula afterwards during my rehabilitation. I should mention that two years ago I partially torn my ACL and had the damaged parts surgically removed along with a part of my meniscus.

The second option is to try BF&C formula alone to treat this injury. From the next month I'm taking a few months off at work, so I'd be able to rest my leg properly and give it my full attention.

The advantage of the first option is that a surgery would very likely resolve the problem as it did in the past, but I fear that it could be only temporary fix - as it was in the past. I have to admit that after the first operation I didn't do almost any physio or rehabilitation, apart from activities like cycling, swimming and yoga-like streching. This time I would most definately do a proper physiotherapy and use BF&C to enhance the healing process.

The pros for the second option are rather obvious as it's a none-invasive treatment. Also psychological benefits would be of a great value - having healed myslef would made me less reliant on doctors. But having no experience in using herbs I'm not very confident, so I would like to ask anyone with this knowledge to shed some light on how to use BF&C in treatment of this type of injuries.

My inclination sways from one option to another on a daily basis, so any advise, comments and opinions would be very much helpful.
