There is a product called Royal Oil which is excellent when it comes to healing wounds.  As it happens, we moved next door to a person that makes it and it did wonders with one of their horses that ran through an electric fence.  When we moved here on September 15th. that horse was in terrible shape, horrible wounds everywhere, I cannot even describe them.  I thought he had been severly beaten, dragged through the ground for miles, and one wound looked like he had been shot.  Today, looking at the horse you could not tell that he had been so wounded.  He tells me that it works miraculously on any wound, including bedsores.  If you're interested, I can talk to him for you.  Actually, he works from home and distributes only in the immediate area.

I am about to leave for the pasture for a good part of the weekend (dq is already there), so I may not be timely in my response.
