Are symptoms of mercury poisoning and a blood test that shows higher levels of mercury than the reference range enough of a diagnosis for immediate concern? I am getting my hair test done but it takes 3 weeks!

I also ordered Andy Cutler's book but it won't be here for a while. Is there ANYTHING I can do while the fillings are still in my mouth? I'm in a catch 22. I am terribly ill and have adrenal and all sorts of issues with neurological. If I removed them, I don't think i will be able to handle it until I support my adrenals really well. However, it is still killing me slowly.. so. Anything i can do to chelate or make myself feel better for the meantime?

I tried cilantro and chlorella and I dont know if it was a coincidence but man, I felt like crap and my anxiety and adrenal issues shot through the roof.
