If an enema gets your goat, I actually said colonic. That would be getting your entire colon flushed. An enema can't even come close to the effectiveness of a colonic. If you can muster up the courage to do one, they have a little drip container (were you can add whatever solution you want into it) that will add the anti-parasitic substance at the same time to the water that is being administered.
