    I am forced to try BP meds now after trying to bring it down using natural ways and not succeding. The best results I got were from Mukta Vati which did bring it down quite a bit but side effects of constant nasal congestion and fatigue were too much to handle.
    My Dr. prescribed Lopreser (beta blocker) and Avapro(ARB)and I was just wondering if anyone has experience with either one of these meds. Thanks.
