Tried different pre-flush with interesting results

I was going through a box of books in my spare bedroom and I came across
Hanna Kroger's God helps Those That Help Themselves. In it she says for doing a Liver Flush to remove heavy metals, chemicals and poisons, to eat all the stewed tomatoes you can eat and drink tomato juice (and nothing else, anotherwards, a cooked tomato fast)for two days straight and then do a liver flush. She says you can buy them or make them yourself, but make sure there is no fat in it. I bought the giant cans of whole tomatoes at Sam's Club. If tomatoes are canned they are cooked, and picked up several large cans of tomato juice and that is all I consumed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Then I did the Hulda Clark liver flush on Saturday night. I wasn't sure if I was passing any stones today as I have only had three floaters. However, as the day went on it was apparent that I was passing a lot of sludge. Towards the end of the afternoon, the butt pea became clear enough that I could see lots of small dark green stones in the sludge at the bottom of the toilet. So I have been passing stones, but unlike previous flushes, this time they are all sinkers!! I think I read somewhere in the LF forum archives that stones with metals usually sink rather than float. I just thought people might like to know how to get the heavy metals out.
