I would have to say that 100 % of the problem is the diet or the lack their of. The dead food's we eat turn into sludge in our intestines. Our intestinal muscles are so broken down that the sludge collects on the wall's so that hardly any nutrients get through to feed your body. When this happens your body says feed me even if you just ate, that's usually why you also get hunger headaches. The truth is you are starving. The process just repeats it's self over and over again and people get fatter and fatter. go to ask barefootMH on this forum and really get your questions answered.
