Given the choice I would rather make my own 3% solution from food grade than to use the regular 3% H2O2. Although, you may find some 3% with no stabilizer. For that you have to check the web site of the manufacturer.

 

 

The ratio is 1 volume of 35% Food Grade H2O2 to 10 or 11 volumes of distilled water. Personally, I make my own, and I make it 2% instead of 3% (16 or 17 volumes instead of 11). Even at 2%, it still a powerful product.

 

 

For the Moreless alkalizing shower, Moreless recommends to also spray a few minutes before the shower.

A very simple way to alkalize the whole body!

 

 

This will help anyone who is having problems of too much Acidity, and may especially help those who are having any Candida and or Yeast and or fungus problems.

 

 

Get yourself a spray bottle and get some 3% food grade Hydrogen Peroxide (or 1.5 oz of 35% Hydrogen Peroxide diluted with 1 pint of distilled water) and put this into a spray bottle, Before you take a bath and or shower, mist this 3% Hydrogen Peroxide over your body (make sure not to get it into your eyes!!!), and leave it on for approx. 3 min before taking your bath or shower.

 

 

 

 

This will help Alkalize all of the surface of your skin.

 

 

Hydrogen Peroxide carries Extra Oxygen (H2O2 = H2O + O)

 

 

Oxygen is a Strong Oxidizer.

 

 

A Strong Oxidizer neutralizes much Acidity.
