Hi RG and those who have done the Humaworm Lung Cleanse before,
I've just finished Day 3 of the Lung Cleanse. So far, so good, but I've been drinking 8 oz of Hu-mana-tea with it every day, so maybe that's why I haven't felt too bad yet.
Ever since I was a child, I've had a weak respiratory system. My dad used to smoke, so I must have inhaled a lot of second-hand smoke when I was small. I was also prone to bronchitis, and about 10 years ago, it progressed to a mild form of asthma. I don't need to use inhalers but keep one handy when I start to cough (I hate hacking away at night!!). I also live in a highly polluted city with bad air quality.
My question is: what should I expect the Lung Cleanse to do to me? I know it's supposed to clear my mucous membranes, but so far, I've not noticed anything apart from a slightly runny nose about an hour after I take each dose. I have a slight headache. No cough yet. Drier skin than usual - actually quite itchy last night but not unbearable. More vaginal discharge, which is strange. Is it related to the Lung Cleanse?
I have always been bad about coughing up phlegm, even with the help of expectorants. For some reason, I just find it very difficult to get it out of my throat. Is this the only way the toxins will leave my lungs? What other ways can the toxins leave through? Can they simply by bound by the Hu-mana-tea and excreted?
By the way, how many Lung Cleanses are needed to restore the lungs to health? How will I know I need another round?
