I would be drinking at least 8 ounces per day of colloidal silver. If you're using distilled water you need to run it for at least 4-5 hours to get it close to 20 ppm. Better yet get one of these to make it much easier. It has an automatic turn off.

The weight lifting isn't a very efficient way to get into real functional shape. Probably overworking your body and exhausting you.

Chest expanders are an excellent way to heal injuries in the arms and shoulders (from weight lifting). they also make you gorilla strong.
