Right now when remembering past ( actually this summer) I have done a lot of progress towards better wellbeing. Through whole summer I was a paranoid, depressed and stressed. When I was eating fish I was thinking of getting an unknown worm. When I was eating pork I was thinking of getting a tapeworm (actually I still think that when I happen to get pork meat that is pinkish). I was so paranoid about the bacterias and cleaniness and it was making me so stressed out. I had so many times when it just blackened out in front of my eyes.

But now.. without taking any supplements except 500mg Vitamin C in the morning I have become free from depression, paranoid, the stress and I can easily take nap what was actually stressing before. I think my adrenals were so burnt out!
Anyway, what did I do to overcome this ? Believe it or not, I was overhydrating myself. I was suffering from chronic constipation and was thinking that more water might help me. I have now reduced my intake of my water and got rid of depression, paranoia, stress and adrenal problems. Even my anxiety is reduced. I reduced my water intake, upped my salt consumption, bought sodium free salt with potassium chloride and started to use it along with salt. Every day I am trying to eat adequate protein and carbs. I am eating 2 bananas and 4-5 dates a day also to ward off depression.
Since last week I also included pineapple juice and cherry juice. One of them is helping also. It might be cherry juice which is getting rid of excess uric acid.
Oh one more thing. I started to consume more dairy in form of yogurt. Helps with paranoia and stress. It might be the calcium (but I am not sure as it is antagonist to magnesium) or lithium that can be found from dairy.
Anyway. I am getting better every day and learning new things. Keeping daily diary helps me to monitor my tolerance to foods.

MSG and free glutamate was definitely making me extra depressed. I found out that eating kiwi with its skin and drinking ginger tea helps to reduce the effect from MSG.
OK! My story might have been a bit messy but try to follow it step by step and see if you can find some help from the things that helped me.
