I finally had to go to the doctor, today, after having spontaneous nosebleeds and high b/p. In the office, my right arm registered 180/120 and my left arm registered 178/115. I would really, really, REALLY appreciate some approaches to combat this and bring down my b/p aside from allopathic treatments. Right now, I think I need to accept the allopathic treatment for the time being, but this doesn't have to be a lifelong maintenance medication, can it?Forum: Hypertension, Ask CureZone
