My friend swears by 'huffing' H2O2 ....

Mix H2O2 in water, about half n half ... spray into the air and walk into the mist breathing deeply through the nose. Take another 'clean' breath and repeat. Do this two or three times a day.

I put hydrogen peroxide in my vaporizer and my humidifier too.

Yes, this can help as well. It can help with killing pathogens in the lungs and activating the macrophages on the lung surface.
