Butterfly

I just did my 1st flush last night & I am too inexperienced to answer your questions, but I have a suggestion, go over to the MC forum and ask Pepe, he has done lotsa liver flushes and Mcs.
He said something like he heard it was best to wait a couple of weeks after the MC for pressure to build up in the liver/gallbladder - for best results. He has however ended the MC more than once w/ the flush. I did the grapefruit juice, olive oil & epson salt routine. Seems to be working just fine, lots of pea size stones. As far as catching them, I didn't do that, but I know you can get those strainer looking things that fit in the toliet to catch stones and I read where some ppl have taken the basket outside and rinsed the stones w/ the water hose.
