help....my dog diagnosed with cancer

My 3 year old black male lab diagnosed with chondrosarcoma located in upper most part of left shoulder blade. this cancer typically grouped with osteosarcoma(bone) although chondro is ligament and getting info on it is difficult.This is a very aggressive cancer and being a younger dog has actually counted against him. "cure" for this type of cancer is amputation, which was not an option because there was not clean margins. I have gone to a holistic vet and have him on supplements,pretty much BARF diet and have been doing ozone treatments. I plan on putting him on Oleander and would appreciate any suggestions as to what supplements etc. might benefit Odis most given the type of cancer he has. i have also been looking at Cesium Chloride and I wonder if it is a safe option to consider with oleander. Any help...suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am totally overwhelmed at this point.
