Well, I wouldn't call Aye's experience negative .. it was what it was. I had some intense experiences sitting the 10 day Vipassana course myself ... it's not often one gets to experience a daily, 12 hours plus of meditation and being completely silent for almost 2 weeks. The mind is filled with illusions and in this type of intense setting, it can conjure up all sorts of interesting things. 0 of 0 (0%) readers agree with this message.
