Thanks for this info. Have been losing hair hand over fist since 1999 pregnancy loss, some months more than others. Have been trying to correct with this and that, etc. Copper supplements absolutely did not help with the graying process, so fuggedaboutyou Dr. Wallach. Started on many of Hv's herb, silica, and other suggestions such as nutritional yeast, etc. several months ago.

I have found that when I take even 200 mcg of selenium daily, my hair comes out faster. Some say it is binding with and pushing out mercury. Dunno. Just decided not to worry about it so much (ashwaganda side benefit?) and back off the selenium. Have come up with some creative ways to clean up hair out of my environment without doing a thorough cleaning every day.

Have been looking at the Unique E - first learned about it on Dr. Ron's site. Vitacost seems to have the best price so far, but still pricey. Don't know about the difference between E and Tocotrienol. Got any other suggestions for E sources? I already eat a boatload of broccoli, spinach and eggs.

Hair loss with lots of soy and veggies was the same as when not eating lots of soy. Am addressing thyroid and adrenal issues. Will not worry, but this kind of smacked me in the face.
