Yes, everyone is different and I'm glad I did muscle testing, it verifies for me that something either works or didn't work.

It also verified that my body is quite strong on my current diet, I only had a couple of very minor corrections, which is nice to hear (considering how bad I was 3 years ago).

I don't want anyone thinking Barefoot and Humaworm don't work... they helped me out a LOT in the past. But, they didn't get everything.

In case anyone is wondering, I also use iridology, hair analysis (heavy metals, vitamins, minerals), and active live blood cell testing, to help with corrections I can make to improve my health. They've all helped (or verified) in one way or another.
