I was prescribed diflucan for 4 weeks but my kaiser doc told me I didn't have to follow any kind of diet. Big mistake. It did nothing for me, I think it only made things worse. I'm curious how it would have been if I had followed the candida diet pretty strictly. I would have known better now, but this was way back when I was first trying to find out what my problem was.
