Anne has posted 12 days ago that normally her body fat is 15%, but on day 45 on orange juice her Body Fat Percentage was ♥ 5%. So does that mean today it is almost nil?
Some of Anne's "statistics" are confusing, hard to comprehend. I am commenting on this, because more than five years ago I was on pineapple only diet, for just over three months. I was never hungry, but lost too much fat and unfortunately muscle. Since than I eat about 95% fruit and raw, steadied my wieght, feel healthy and strong. For me, mono fruit diet was too harsh, losing too much weight, mixing it up works for me.
