The healing the lesions part is definitely a prep to do a cleanse. I had a hard time cleansing as well before I did this. It really helped. I also took truck loads of probiotics during the whole process and Yes I was Vegan. I ate about 80% or so raw and juiced a lot. I stayed away from sugar and drank a ton of water. I drank my body weight in ounces everyday. I really feel like the colonics during the cleansing helped a lot. I was doing enemas a home as well.

As far as my rashes were concerned I put on Dr. Christopher's BFC ointment, it really helped!!! you could also use his Beauty facial cream it has aloe in it. I use to slather it on then wrap my leg and ice it. My rashes were soooooooo hot and painful!

I still struggle with Candida here and there and MMS really helps kill it and knocks out a cold in 1 day. I have taken a lot of different anti-fungals, parasite killers and such. This is the best stuff I have come across as far as killing pathogens is concerned. I even brush my teeth with it. I have had a few moles on my skin crumble and fall off!!! A lot of my friends and family are on it now with great results! I can tell when I don't take it. I only take 5 or 6 drops a day, more if not feeling 100%
