There is really no substitute for a professional diagnosis

Your best bet by far is to go see a medical professional rather than rely on over the internet guesswork by people who likely are not qualified to make a diagnosis to begin with.  Mainstream medicine typically does rather well with diagnosis, the same as they do with addressing trauma/broken parts.  It is when they take out their prescription pads that the trouble often begins - or, in the event of cancer, start in with largely failed methods that try to cut out, poison out or burn out the symptoms of cancer (the tumors) and neglect to address the root causes or how to keep it from returning even if eliminated.

Once you have your diagnosis and we know what we are dealing with, THEN you may find some very helpful information here - though I caution you to do your homework to verify whatever advice you may get.
