Thoughts on the cause?

Hi guys,

As well all the typical adrenal symptoms, I’ve been experiencing many digestive related issues which are putting a halt to my recovery. They are.....

- Abdominal ache/protruded stomach feeling
- Gas/flatulence
- Bloating/gargling stomach
- Constipation – resulting in waste putrefying in the gut and a feeling that I’m absorbing toxins into the skin.
- Nausea – comes and goes
- Uncomfortable bowel movements

Food intolerance – I really have exhausted my search for any food related issues, however it’s still at the back of my mind as a possibility. My diet is extremely hypoallergenic – nightshade, gluten, yeast, fruit, nut and dairy free (as well as all the normal processed rubbish). I do have some grains as I need some carbs so I have quinoa, millet and buckwheat which I eat in small amounts. Not noticing anything at the onset of any meals such as increased saliva

Peptic ulcer/H pylori – Again another possibility. The fact 1 betaine HCL capsule caused my stomach to burn an hour or so later, and into the next morning is a warning sign. I’ve been taking mastic gum for around 5 days (1g in the morning on an empty stomach) so far and not noticed any improvement. Early days perhaps.

Candida – Can the gut be responsible for stomach/abdominal aches this far up? I don’t feel confident tackling Candida with such poor elimination, and a weak liver.

Sluggish liver – A long term problem and understandably under stress to eliminate toxins. Manifests as a dull ache on my right side. Could it be causing this range of symptoms in the stomach?

IBS – Apparently a possibility especially due to my shot adrenals. Options seem limited for treating this, especially when I currently have trouble tolerating either anti-fungals or probiotics.

Supplement wise I have a liver formula on the way (livatone plus), a little licorice in the morning and a cup of slippery elm a little later. As mentioned above I’m also taking 1g of mastic gum. I supplement the adrenals as well and do what I can to improve stress, although with the above symptoms it’s practically impossible. Sleep in general is very poor, most likely as a result of the above, the liver and the adrenals.

I’m gunna try my extremely unhelpful GP for a H pylori breath test. I’d welcome any other thoughts.
