Listen, you are going to be better. Stop reading every single garbage you find about this. You probably (99%) don't have any heavy metal problem. Focus yourself in something better than thinking about mercury and heavy metals. Be positive and don't build wrong ideas in your mind. You need to chose a plan, an smart plan and stick with it for a while. You need to get proper nutrition and eat an smart diet. Cut off sugar and refined carbohydrates but don't go with a very strict diet which do more damage than good. Eat low glycemic index carbohydrates and a balanced diet. CRC has never killed anybody but people feel so bad that they want to die. Things get better but need time. When candida overgrowth in the intestines is hard to control but possible. If the overgrowth is severe, there isn't any natural antifungal which can bring it back. I will give you a plan... Find the way to get a prescription for Nystatin tablets 500 000 units. Take 3 tablets 3 time a day. Buy threelac, and take it 2 time a day. Follow this plan for 3 to 6 months. You can add probiotics, prebiotics (more important than probiotics), colostrum, Vitamin C 1000 mg a day, L. Glutamine, Aloe Vera, Vitamin E, Selenium, B- 50 complex, Zinc, Glucosamine, Bee Pollen, Transfer Factor. But listen, you are going to be better anyway if you don't take them. The smart diet, nystatin and threelac will put you far ahead in only a couple of months. I had the worst candida case ever after antibiotic intake and that program change my life in just 2 months. Very important don't eat gluten the first months. I won't give you details ... Wait two months and write here in the forum how you feel.
If you don't find any MD who wants to prescribe you Nystatin for long periods, search for a holistic MD in your area..They will do... If you don't feel happy with this, I have a second advice for you.
