But is the trade-off worth it?

Be that as it may, there are much safer natural items a person can do after breast cancer that do not have the trade off of chancing the nasty side effects (including deaths) from aspirin and other NSAIDS.  A healthy diet and lifestyle, plenty of cruciferous vegetables, apples, dark grapes, plenty of Vitamin D3, iodine, etc.  And of course there is my beloved oleander.  People who have beaten cancer almost never have it return so long as they continue a small maintenance dose of oleander and follow other healthy practices.
