Re: Newbie here! Planning to start my liver flush tomorrow!

Gardening: I have flushed 4 times and didn't notice the part about not drinking anything! I always drink filtered water throughout, although not a lot. Maybe that's why I got really naseous on my second one- drank more than usual (the other 3 have been really "easy" in comparison). I also don't use any extra stuff (vit. C powder, etc.). And thanks for the great suggestion about peppermints, sometimes I do wake up a little nauseous in the night. Can you share your recipe? I have been looking for the right peppermint since I started eating healthy several months ago and haven't found any that suffice.
