Take some powdered chlorella or spirulina. the chlorophyll will help temporarily. When I took some spirulina one time I noticed that my normally smelly BM's had no odor whatsoever. I don't normally have much of a body odor so that was no prob.

you can put a tad of bleach in hot water and bath with that.
what kind of soap are you using and how often do you change your washcloth?
what kinds of foods do you eat?
drink plenty of water. take 2 baths a day.
Look into purchasing some salicylic acid soap to help break up the dead skin on your body.
I once heard of a lady on Discovery Health who had the same problem and they found after many years that something was wrong with her gut almost like leaky gut, her body was releasing foul chemicals and she had to be put on medication, but she complained of the same body odor.
