Hi Ruff,

I know its been a while since I posted. I haven't been doing very well with my anti candida diet. I was on this lady named Bee's protocol with a high fat & high protein diet and I think the diet was really bad for me especially since I don't have a gallbladder & she recommended not taking the digestive enzymes when I needed them especially to help break the fat down since I'm lacking a gallbladder & I have candida. Then I would binge for days at times. I read fat slows down the digestion & proteins especially from animal meats are really hard to digest.
Now I've been getting alot pancreas pain & my digestion is worst then ever. So I think the best thing for me right now is a mainly a liquid diet until my digestion & pain subside.

Anyways how & what is the auto intoxication (fermenting) & what does it do to you? How do I stop it.
