Wow! I have so much reading to do! I have been reading nonstop for days...except while I'm homeschooling my son...which I do keep the laptop by me in case he doesn't need me!

I have been reading Kristen Suzanne's website to get more educated about eating raw. I have 2 friends who are totally raw so their input is also helping me. I read S. Burroughs' Master Cleanser last night and perused different forums and blogs on cleansing..my poor husband got no attention last night. Thankfully, he is semi-supportive in this. He has always joked that I'd be in a wheelchair by the time I turned 40. I have a few days less than a year to prove him wrong!

One of my girlfriends told me she did colonic hydrotheraphy recently and said it really improved her energy. Because of having IBS I have been hesitant to try anything so invasive as that! I have explosive diarrhea (sorry so graphic) most days so I think maybe doing the cleansing through fasting and organic eating may be better for me.

I appreciate the suggestions yall (sorry, I'm southern) are giving me..my amazon wish list is growing!
