Thank you for the reply. I started taking the digestive enzymes with each meal & snacks again. I seen a Naturopathy last week & she showed me with the PH strips that I don't have alot stomach acid like I should have to digest food. So I have to purchase some HCI or bitters on monday. I just hope taking the HCI doesn't make my pancreas ache more. Also I started back taking the probiotics, for months I stopped but now since my Naturopathy says I really should at least take one a day even if I have to spilt the dose up but they seem to make more acid. Hmmm I'm wondering why probiotics cause me to get acid reflux like symptoms when I take them. The probiotics definently give me die off symptoms too. I'm trying to stick it out & space my meals & eat small ones. I just feel so hungry all the time.
