Dangling wart hanging

I was doing a hair remover treatment the other day and noticed a dangling *something* from my extieror anal area.

It appears to be a wart, attached by some sking -- kinda hanging down.

I've glanced thru some Post here and see some comment on Hydrogen Perioxide or Apple Cider Vinegar.
Suggestion ?? Ideals??

Could it be something else that I should be more worried about??
I was hoping to tolerate it till I went back to my OBgyn in a couple of months.

I've been with the same sexual partner for the last 2.3 years.
I have had a few abnormal pap smears; but the DR never mentioned anything else. I think that was mainly contributed to the Mirena IUD that I had.
