Re: Questions about Gerson for healthy person

It is a full time job to do the therapy, a few hours to yourself. But you feel so good and so alive you do not have to sleep much. So you gain hours that normally you would have slept away in your sickness. The diet must be adhered to exactly and do not start it unless you are able to do it all and keep it up for at least 2 months or 2 years. There is a less stricked for those like you and me who are not dyeing of cancer. Yet I messed around and did what I could to start with. Once you start and mess up you could only have one chance more for your body to keep up the healing response. It dies off if you mess up, and may not restart to heal as strong. The healing may never start up as strong again as if you were completely adhering to the diet. Way too much to write on this you should call me. I do not know how to get my number to you all that have questions without the whole world getting it. Can you email me personally? I am new to this forum so I do not know right now about what and what not can or cannot be done.
