sunday Day 1( biggest loser challenge)

So I was online last night trying to find a biggest loser contestant that was close to my current weight and height and hound Tara from season 7! She is 5'9 I'm 5'10 close enough her starting weight was 294 as I am 290lbs. She lost 8 lbs a week and went from 294lbs a wopping 139lbs losing 155lbs in 19 weeks! Dam she had sone meals where she had a piece of cake but she did it! So today I'm making my own biggest loser challenge to match the weekly weight loss goals she made every week by fasting! So 19 weeks from today will be my final weigh! Aug 4my bff birthday it happens to be! I'm going to post Tara weekly weightloss goals in my blog please visit it! Encourage it or even find ur own biggest loser team mate and join it!
