Re: testosterone qualities of Maca & Ashwagandha

I do still think these herbs (Ashwagandha & Maca) are very useful herbs and can help a person with energy, stamina and mental function greatly.
They helped me achieve a 4.0 GPA last semester while taking a full course load of 13 credit hours of biology classes.
I do believe the studies of Ashwagandha being shown to increase growth of nerve cells.
It is time for me to move on in my health journey however.
I have tried very hard to lose weight and while taking the Ashwagandha, I just could not do it. (could it be the steroid effect of it?) When I started out taking it, I weighed 130 lbs. After 6 months or so my weight has gone up to 138 lbs.
This is my third day of taking the Coleus Forskohlii and so far so good. My body temp is up to normal and I feel good and energetic. We'll see how it works for the long term.
Most supplements do have side effects though and people should be informed as much as possible when they are trying something.
