For many years I would use a scant teaspoon of vitamin C powder and a scant one-half teaspoon of baking soda.
Now, I just opened a new bottle and it will be interesting to see what happens. I buy it at Trader Joes.
Whenever I got tired of mixing this, I would try to take capsules or tablets. EVERY TIME I try this I get major bruising!
