I'm a guy but I've seen postpartum depression and good for you for getting through it.  A difficult relationship does not help that process at all so you have done great.

Relationships are difficult - all of them and I certainly don't have it perfected, never will.  It takes effort on both sides to make them work.  It is even more difficult if one partner does some of the work and the other one doesn't.  Even though you haven't been physically hit in this relationship, calling a person nasty names is a form of spiritual hitting and it hurts just as much. 

The brooding and bringing it up weeks later reminds me of my first marriage only she would brood for years and bring it up years later, over and over again.  After raising my children I made a decision that the only way to stop that and a great deal amount of other contentious conditions (it was not all one-way) was to leave, and I did.  It's often a difficult choice but you are still number one and you have to watch out for you.  In your process, you have a small child and from personal experience I know that children pick up on the unresolved issues from both parents too, and am sure you're aware of that too.

You have some difficult choices and you are in therapy.  That sounds like a great place to bring up the issues of your last post and see what kind of response you get.  I've found that counseling can be helpful (I've chosen it a couple of times) but ultimately you have to make the choices yourself and if you don't agree with your counselor I'd go with what you want to do.

By the way, for the amount of hours you are working and the sleep deprivation you are going through, it sounds like you are doing wonderfully well.
