Thanks Guys.Hv,do you have any suggestions for the monthly cramps?She said the pain-killers take longer to work now.I know she's under a lot of stress too,working hard to finish this year plus getting married.I gave her mag to take plus B vitamins.Will definitely push the bitters but just thought I'd ask about maca 'cause I read that some women get relief with maca for menstrual pains.
